Job Description Summary

　　Position requires creating, coordinating, and revising specialized documentation (e.g. QCWIs, corrective action reports, defect data collection, etc.) to support functional area. Implementing improvements to the quality system. Preparation and presentation of quality records/reports of adherence to quality standards. This role will also support work station and other Quality audits.

　　Roles and Responsibilities

　　-Responsible for providing training in key subject areas to enhance quality and minimize deficiencies/costs

　　-Examine and analyze quality records to determine compliance status of department and prepare quality metrics

　　-Audit of work activities or processing of production parts while partnering with employees to verify conformance of activities to quality assurance standards as well as applying knowledge of quality standards and specifications

　　-Record audit information in a thorough and organized manner

　　- Submit and present audit reports and information to leadership, while recommending appropriate corrective actions where necessary

　　- Participation in both internal and external audits (Registrar, Customer, Regulatory).

　　- Evaluation and documentation of returned goods

　　- Inspection and Annual training and testing administration

　　- Support a variety of business initiatives that impact compliance, safety, delivery, and cost

　　- Evaluate and document customer/internal escapes/disruptions as well as facilitate/perform root cause investigations and determining corrective/preventive actions

　　- Quality documentation and procedural development and revision

　　- Utilization of business systems to support objectives (Gensuite, Oracle, etc.)

　　Qualifications:

　　Associates degree or high school diploma/GED from an accredited school or institution.Relevant work experience.
