As a member of the HQ India Quality Team you will be an efficient contributor in planning & conducting Quality Improvement activities mainly focused on 8D, PSR across SP India, convert those learnings into the system and process to develop sustainable Quality Improvement.

Your Role:
Plan, Conduct & Manage 8Ds and PSRs across SP India on a timely mannerPerform Data Analysis of the NCRs to develop actions for Quality improvement.Capture the learnings in Lesson Learned database. Ensure implementation of the learnings.Track and Monitor Quality Improvement ActionsProvide Training on Quality Tools to othersDrive and participate in different LEAN programmes and projects
Basic Qualifications(requirements):
B.E/ B. Tech in Engineering with minimum 6+ years' experience
Desired Qualifications:
Experience in EPC environment for minimum 5 yearsKnowledge in various Quality Tools including 8D and PSRKnowledge in Six Sigma methods. Green Belt is preferred.Knowledge in LEAN methodology.QUALITY Audit skills. Lead Auditor in ISO 9001 (preferred).Proficiency in English Speaking and Writing skills.Proficiency in Computer & MS Applications. Proficiency in Mini Tab (preferred)Proficiency as a Team LeaderInterpersonal & Responsive
