The Quality Management System (QMS) and Environmental Health & Safety (EH&S) Training Coordinator plays a vital role in maintaining the high standards of our company. The successful candidate will be responsible for owning the development of the QMS and EH&S training program, documenting standard work and effective deployment of training courses. This role is also responsible for the creation and implementation of training materials, reporting their completion rates, and process improvements across Fluke global locations.
Essential job functions
Develop and implement training programs for QMS and EH&S, ensuring they align with the company's goals, objectives, and applicable standards.
Document standard work for the deployment and tracking of training, ensuring consistency and efficiency.
Use existing tools and systems to create a comprehensive process for deploying training at all global locations.
Track the completion of trainings, providing regular reports to management on progress and effectiveness.
Identify training needs, and work with process owners to create new trainings, add additional trainings as required or improve the effectiveness of the training courses.
Collaborate with global sites and functional groups to understand their training needs and develop tailored regional programs as required.
Stay current on the latest industry trends and regulations to ensure training materials are updated and comprehensive.
Knowledge, skills, abilities
Excellent organizational and project management skills.
Strong attention to detail and good follow through.
Ability to multi-task (i.e. comfortable working on multiple projects with high priority while achieving established goals).
Solid understanding of training processes and procedures.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare correspondence, documents, and presentations with minimal direction.
Comfortable working both in a team environment and independently.
Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking skills.
Knowledge of industry regulations and standards related to Quality (ISO 9001) and EHS.
Proven understanding of personal computers with superior skills in desktop programs (e.g., Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint, Project, Visio, Power Point, and other comparable software programs).
Education, experience & job requirements
Bachelor's degree in a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the Quality and EH&S sector.
Proficiency in using training software and systems.

Everett, WA: The salary range for this position is $72450 - $134550
This position is also eligible for bonus as part of the total compensation package.
Base pay offered may vary depending on various factors, including, but not limited to: job-related knowledge; skills; experience; and other eligibility factors such as geographic location.
