　　Job Overview

　　TE Connectivity's Quality and Reliability Engineering Teams analyze the ability of product and production systems to comply with customer and contractual requirements through established reliability factors. They design, recommend revisions and install quality control systems, develop and document analytical methods for establishing reliability of products and their components and conduct analysis on relative reliability with regards to cost, structure, weight, maintainability, facility of production, and availability of materials and equipment. Out teams develop, implement and monitor company environmental safety programs and policies to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local environmental, health and safety regulations and recommend corrective actions if necessary. They are responsible for policies and practices to comply with applicable government regulations and industry requirements related to product environmental compliance, the implementation and management of technical and testing standards and specifications, quality control and reliability programs governing materials, product and processes, resulting in the optimization of material and labor, as well as failure analysis, root cause, corrective action and customer communication.

　　Key Responsibilities:

　　• Support of new product readiness with project management since initiation through ship acceptance phase.

　　• Responsibility for validation, measurement, and test product, as part of the approval process.

　　• Responsibility of raising issues found during validation and tracking those issues until resolution.

　　• Perform validation of process and their documentation.

　　• Review of production documentation as mylar, visual aids, work standards, cutting center tickets.

　　• Perform the documentation applied to quality required by customer as QIP, quality criteria, control plan, FAI.

　　• Review of Customer Drawing vs Production Drawing.

　　• Perform validation of documentation vs process and product.

　　• Give training of Quality Inspection Process to personnel.

　　• Works closely with other departments during the new product development process to ensure, testability, manufacturability, and compliance with customer requirements.

　　• PPAP documentation preparation and submittal to customer.

　　Key Qualifications:

　　• Industrial Engineering or related.

　　• Previous experience in Quality Department preferred.

　　• High level of English (Mandatory)

　　• Problem solving Technics.

　　• Statistical Analysis Knowledge

　　• GD&T (Geometrical Dimensioning & Tolerances)

　　• Core Tools: Control Plan, PFMEA, PPAP, APQP, SPC, MSA Knowledge preferred.
