　　Apex Systems is looking to hire anONSITE Purchasing Specialist for our client in Shippensburg, PA. This assignment is anticipated to be a 6-month contract.This will also have a first shift schedule. If you are interested, please apply and we will reach out to you right away!Responsibilities:

　　You are a key link between purchasing business processes and system solutions.You will work together with the business representatives to ensure optimal system solutions to the requirements from the business and maintain end-to-end solutions.You will be able to develop analytical tools with the expectation that you to be curious about the new reporting solutionsYou will create, lead and follow-up the development and implementation of new Change Request until final deployment, including roll out training sessions & training materialsYou will perform reliability check, data integrity and metrics.You will represent the Purchasing Development team in cross functional teams and support purchasing team members on day-to-day purchasing systems issues as well as establishing guidelines and work instructions when applicable.Collect, visualize & analyze data for opportunities/problems defined by the businessAbility to extract and structure data using specialized analytic toolsBuild data models and standard reports and tools for wider user communityGather and extract data from various sources, including databasesEnsure data accuracy, completeness and integrity during extraction processDevelop interactive and visually appealing dashboards using Power BI or similar toolsDesign and implement data models to support complex analysis and reporting requirementsCollaborate with cross-functional teamsMaintain documentation of data sources, transformations, and processesIdentify challenges/opportunities and provide solutions to address themManage and execute projects, including timeline, and deliverablesExperience:

　　University degree (preferred)Solid expertise with MS suite especially Excel - Pivot Tables and V-lookupsPower BI experience for manipulating data and data visualizationsHands-on experience as SAP user and Office 365 as well as experience in working with data analysis tools, such as Power BI and Power Automate is a huge PLUS.Agile Project Management experience and supply chains experience is an assetExperience in lean philosophy and root cause analysis is an assetFluent in English both written and spoken, any other language is an asset.Why Work for Apex Systems:
