ABOUT THE ROLE :
The Purchasing Administrator reports directly to the Las Vegas Aviators' Vice President of Business Operations and will be primarily responsible for updating and maintaining the team's purchase order system. Working in conjunction with management, performing functions associated with contracts coordination, administration, and invoice reconciliation. Additionally, this position will provide administrative support to Executive Leadership as needed.
WHAT YOU WILL DO : Input requests into Coupa and Salesforce for new contracts, purchase orders, and amendments.
Codes and processes invoices for all team departments.
Guides and consults with new vendors/suppliers through the onboarding process, helping, and answering their questions.
Works with Department Heads to create and maintain a database of A/R accounts.
Facilitates Vendor/Contractor COI database for department owned contracts.
General administrative functions include but are not limited to report building, filing and reservation management.
Additional duties as assigned.
ABOUT YOU :
High School diploma or equivalent required. College degree or some college preferred.
3-5 Years of Customer Experience.
Familiarity with Icertis, Coupa and Salesforce preferred.
Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
Strong organization and attention to detail skills.
Able to handle a dynamic work environment with competing priorities.
Able to work independently, follow up and meet deadlines.
Able to work as a team and collaborate with other departments.
Build positive working relationships with employees at all levels within the organization.
