Under direct supervision, conducts screening for applicationeligibility, provides general information of available programs toapplicants. Identifies and sorts documents coming into the FamilyCommunity Resource Center (FCRC). Determines documents destination,scans and uploads to eligibility system ensuring all clearance areincluded with all applications for each Department Program. Preparesfiles protecting customer\'s confidential information, performs officereceptionist duties, answers inquiries and/or directs person toprofessional staff, enters information into the eligibility systems.Translates functions/procedures into Spanish for individuals who cannotspeak or read English, in contacts with the general public, advocacygroups, customers and community organizations.
Job Responsibilities

4.Translates functions/procedures into Spanish for individuals whocannot speak or read English, in contacts with the general public,advocacy groups, customers and community organizations.
5.Performs other duties as required or assigned which are reasonablywithin the scope of the duties enumerated above.
Work Hours: Mon - Fri, 8:30am - 5:00pm
