Due to organizational growth, Liberty Healthcare is hiring for a new part-time Psychiatrist position.

　　This position will be a key contributor with Liberty’s forensic mental health program at the Robert Presley Detention Center – a Riverside County jail located in Riverside, CA.

　　Liberty’s program provides timely and comprehensive mental health care and restoration services to adults who are found to be incompetent to stand trial under California Penal Code 1370.

　　As a Psychiatrist, your responsibilities will primarily involve assessing and providing psychiatric care to adults who are justice-involved and experiencing mental illness.

　　You will work in partnership with and be supported by our talented clinical staff and participate in case conferences and treatment planning meetings.

　　This position will require you to work one day weekly, primarily work in-person onsite at the jail, with the occasional ability to work remotely.

　　As a Psychiatrist with Liberty Healthcare, you can expect:

　　Starting pay between $200.00 and $215.00 per hour (depending on experience and hire status)

　　Paid liability (malpractice) insurance

　　Opportunity to pick up additional hours (onsite or remote)

　　You are a good fit for this position if you successfully completed a residency in Psychiatry and are licensed professionally in California as a Physician and Surgeon. Board Certification in Psychiatry is preferred.
