Job Description
As a Programmable Solutions Group (PSG) Penang Customer Operations Support member, the Penang Customer Operations Support Center team supports the PSG Global Customer Operations Specialist on their backlog management and is responsible for delivering competitive customer supply chain experience to the PSG Customer Specialist.
This includes, but is not limited to:
Assist PSG Global Customer Operation Specialist in Orders Backlog Management and Orders Fulfilment for Distributors and Direct CustomersReview and process change orders to ensure PSG Backlog matches customer Backlog within agreed terms and conditions and internal guidelinesManage fallout orders and work with Customer Operation Specialist for dispositionsPerform manual/ mass updates to orders - cancellations, split, blocksRun, extract and systematize reportsWork with logistics partners, Global Trade, warehousing and planning to support urgent customer requests, and escalate expedites as necessaryAbility to Work both regionally and globallyReverse Logistic management, stock rotationAsist/lead and drive process improvement within the organization and team
Qualifications
Requirements:
2-3 years of relevant experience.Bachelor's Degree in any relevant field

Working Model
This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
