Timeline:
The internship program will run from Monday, June 3rd, 2024, to Friday, August 9th, 2024. We review applications on a rolling basis, and we encourage you to apply as soon as you are ready.
Your Day-To-Day:
As a Finance & Strategy MBA Summer Associate, you'll find yourself working side-by-side with leaders and on diverse teams to help inform strategies to drive business results and outcomes while experiencing a customer obsessed, fully inclusive, risk smart, and tech forward culture.
We aim to attract and develop the next generation of leaders at Prudential.
During the program, you will receive significant exposure to senior leadership, as well as targeted training, all while gaining hands-on experience.
Your placement during the 10-week summer experience will provide you growth and development that are both aligned with business goals and your career aspirations. You'll also be considered for a full-time position upon completion of the 10-week program.

Required Qualifications:
Pursuing MBA Degree with anticipated graduation dates of May/June 20253-5 years professional work experiencePrudential does not provide visa sponsorship for this position. Successful candidates must possess the requisite US employment authorization to be eligible for consideration.

Demonstrated successes in leadership, agility, and ability to be adaptableKnowledge of international markets and corporate finance theoryStrong analytical, financial modeling and excel skillsStrong written, oral communication, leadership, collaboration, and interpersonal skillsDemonstrated interest in financial services industryExperience in the insurance or financial services industry is preferred, but not required
