The Proxy Processing Administrators work within the Proxy Services Department to gather and balance all votes received for a Company's Annual or Special meeting of shareholders. This includes votes received via internet, phone, mail, and electronic file. They also partner with the internal Client Administration team as well as external vendors to ensure a successful event.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:
Tabulate incoming proxy vote including the registered vote (by mail, phone and internet), the street vote, and the plan vote (if applicable).Tracks timely receipt of incoming electronic filesProcesses and reconciles incoming electronic filesReports vote counts to internal administrators and external plan trusteesEnters system parameters to create various proxy related reportsMay be required to assist other departments in a processing role during non-peak seasonOther duties or tasks as assigned by management

High school diploma or general education degreePrevious experience in an environment requiring regular use of a computer.Experience with Microsoft OfficeAbility to work in an environment where tasks need to be completed with high quality and reliability.Strong attention to detail.Ability to identify variances, research, and work with numbers.Must enjoy working in a team environment.
Preferred:
Previous experience in bookkeeping, accounting, banking, data processing, accounts payable, accounts receivable, or editing/proof reading role.

Compensation. The average base pay range for this role is up to $53,316 annually. This base pay range is specific to Canton, MA and may not be applicable to other locations.
