The Leidos Defense Group is seeking a Provisioning Analyst for assignment to the Indirect Fire Protection Capability program in Huntsville, AL. This position will design, development, testing, and qualification of a US Army mobile, ground-based weapon system designed to defeat subsonic cruise missiles, unmanned aircraft systems, rockets, artillery, and mortars, and other aerial threats as required. The successful candidate will work with a small team of ILS professionals as an embedded part of the overall system design, development, and integration process to define support requirements, plan for life cycle sustainment, and produce ILS products in accordance with US Army regulations.
Duties include front end analysis to determine initial fielding requirements (e.g., Functional Analysis, Physical Analysis, LORA, Task Analysis, and Sparing Predictions). All of which are entered into a Logistics Management Information (LMI) Database, using the data architecture established in the GEIA-0007B; resulting in Logistics Support Analyses Reports that satisfy CDRL deliverables.

Responsibilities - Work you'll do:
Facilitating the development of logistics support plans, product support analyses, product support data, and logistics product data summaries.Will facilitate the development and execute provisioning application to military standard-compliant technical manuals and detailed training plans and programs in support of limited fielding and test events.Produce the PLISN architectureDevelop the following studies: DLA Screen Data, Provisioning Parts List, EDFP, COIEL, BII, RPSTL, IPB's and Packaging DataWill prepare for and take part in system test planning and execution, verification, and validation events as required.Will assist in the development of in-process review briefings, review; comment on, and develop logistics related documents, plans and report; draft technical papers; participate in project evaluations; respond to customer inquiries; and ensure product technical quality.Plan and host Provisioning Guidance Conference(PGC)The candidate will provide direct support to the Leidos ILS Manager on all technical logistics efforts, integration with the systems engineering process and team, and attend all scheduled meetings as required.
Required Experience, Skills, and Education:
Bachelor's Degree and 5 or more years of prior relevant experience; or a Masters Degree and 3 or more years of prior relevant experience. Additional years of experience can be considered in lieu of degree.Active DoD Secret security clearance of ability to obtain Interim DoD Secret clearance within 180 days after hire date.Direct experience providing ILS for military acquisition programs and programs of record.Expert Knowledge of provisioning data tables (H Tables) in an LMI Database.Strong understanding of GEIA-0007 and DED requirements.Experience producing LSA Reports (LSAR); LSAR's 030, 032, 036.Ability to understand and interpret Engineering drawings.Ability to perform logistics analyses for DoD programsStrong communication skills.Demonstrated experience working within matrixed teams.

Pay Range:
Pay Range $61,750.00 - $111,625.00
The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
