Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
20 years of experience in IT or a related field, with a focus on cloud computing or enterprise technology initiatives.
10 years of experience managing a technical team in a cloud computing environment, or a similar customer-facing role.
Experience in developing and delivering technical demos and proof-of-concepts.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience with team management of Sales or related Prototyping, Migrations teams.
Solid understanding of Google Cloud Platform (GCP) solutions and services, including data, applications, security, networking, databases, AI, and Gen AI.
Excellent business acumen and understanding of the challenges and opportunities facing organizations in today's digital landscape.
Ability to build and lead high-performing teams, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to tailor technical information to diverse audiences, including non-technical executives.
Passion for Design Thinking principles and their application in the context of cloud adoption journeys.

Lead the development and delivery of impactful technical briefings and prototyping sessions for C-suite and senior stakeholders across APAC.
Partner with Google Cloud SMEs and customer-facing teams to design and prototype solutions that address specific business challenges and opportunities.
Leverage Design Thinking principles to guide customers through the cloud adoption process, fostering innovation and ensuring alignment with their strategic objectives.
Oversee the creation and execution of compelling demos and proof-of-concepts that showcase the power of Google Cloud technologies in action.
Assess the team’s go-to-market readiness, identify gaps in preparedness, and build plans to ensure the team is properly trained and equipped to successfully perform in support of annualized business goals.
