Role Description
Protege
This position reports to the Customer Engagement Platform Lead. As a Protege, you should be highly enthusiastic and possess excellent communication skills to manage a designated scope of work to provide operational and project management support to plan, manage, and execute the Pfizer brands messaging to Health Care Providers.
Responsibilities
Act as interface with Health Care Providers (HCPs) via on-site or virtual supportApply a project management approach to the specific requirements of projects givenAlignment with internal & external stakeholders to meet the overall direction of the projectEnsure customers are directed to appropriate channels in response to enquiries and requests in a timely mannerPlans, manages and supports medicines/vaccine activities in the area to raise awareness to HCPs Anticipates, mitigates, and manages the risks to customers in the assigned areaEstablish good rapport with decision makers (at all levels)Establish sound understanding of customer needs, challenges, competition, key trends etc.
Qualifications
Vaccine Implementation Executive
Degree/Diploma, preferably in a Science or Business backgroundA pleasant and dynamic personality combined with enthusiasm and desire to continuously learnA team player with excellent interpersonal skillsA self-motivated and industrious achieverStrong interpersonal skills are required, as well as excellent verbal communication and presentation skillsWell-organized with the ability to be flexible, prioritize multiple demands
