The Protective Services Regional Executive directly supports the Head of Global Corporate Security and Executive Protection and provides regional leadership to the security team related to physical safety and security.
The responsibilities include but not limited to:
Develops the overall security strategy, policies and standards to ensure the physical security of all employees, visitors and clients as well as ensure the security of Bank property and assets.Plans and prepares for crisis response, workplace violence and other emergency events.Ensures consistent application of professional best practices in administering the overall physical security or life safety programs.Plans and organizes resources to achieve the group's goals and objectives.Coordinates the identification and reporting of significant issues and develops recommendations to senior management to protect the company's people, assets and brand.Maintains close business relationships with all lines of business in the region, ensuring roles and responsibilities are clearly understood and issues/concerns are escalated appropriately.Works closely with federal, state and local law enforcement agencies, regulatory and industry counterparts to proactively pool resources, share intelligence and develop robust security and life safety programs.
Required Skills:
10+ years of experience in security, risk and/or related roles5+ years of managerial/executive experience5+ years experience crafting strategic road maps, driving execution and leading change across enterprise5+ years experience with risk framework and principlesPositive influencing stills in order to build relationships, influence and negotiate
Desired Skills:
Strong project management and delegation skills in prioritizing projects of various size and complexity across multiple functional groups and departments
