About Project Scheduler II - Kansas City

  AProject Scheduler IIhas passion for construction projects and is ready to roll up their sleeves to prepare, build, update, and communicate project schedules collaboratively with the project team. This role requires advanced organizational and communication skills, prior knowledge of Primavera 6 (P6) scheduling software, and the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic construction environment. AsProject Scheduler II, learns and utilizes best practices to achieve success, operates well in high-functioning diverse teams to deliver results, and do so in a way that embraces Waldingers values and the expectations of the customer. Work is guided by leadership to coordinate and organize project activities, ensuring smooth communication between stakeholders, and assisting the project manager in overseeing the projects success.

  Responsibilities:

  Function as an advanced user of Primavera 6 (P6) scheduling software. Creates, manages, and analyzes project schedules with high complexity including proficiency in reporting, resource, and cost management features.Ensures safety is built into each project and is engaged in advancing the safety culture.Collaborates with project teams, customers, and stakeholders to establish project goals and objectives.Participates in all phases of the construction planning and scheduling process, including the creation of proposal schedules baseline schedules, and ongoing schedule updates utilizing Primavera 6 (P6).Facilitating effective communication between project team members, subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure everyone is informed about project updates and requirements.Requirements:

  B.S. in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Engineering, Construction Management or Equivalent3-5 yrs utilizing P6 scheduling software including proficiency at level 3 schedulingExcellent Interpersonal SkillsHigh attention to detailWe Offer:
