　　Position Overview

　　Coordinates and oversees the execution and completion of all aspects of a product or service offering project for a client, from inception to installation. Installations may involve acceptance of capitalized equipment or enterprise software systems, or system integration or consulting projects/engagements. (May) work at client site from time to time. Typically involves extensive interaction with sales, systems engineering, product development, and other members of cross-functional teams. At higher levels, may be required to manage people who lead projects supporting the company-client relationship, ensuring customer satisfaction. Projects are typically focused on the delivery of new or enhanced products to improvement of customer satisfaction through the use of technology.

　　Responsibilities

　　Manage medium to large consulting/implementation projects primarily for key customers implementing Autodesk Solutions and TechnologiesDefine project resource plans, including leading and managing internal and external resources to meet project objectivesMonitor projects to ensure completion within defined schedule, budget, and quality parametersDevelop and maintain project plans, schedules, and project control tools utilizing standard softwareTranslate project objectives and vision into clear goals for the teamInterview and consult with customers to gather and determine customer business and solution requirements. Work with new and existing customers to identify unrealized customer needs and promote Autodesk solutions to drive additional revenue. Recommending best practices for solutions to meet customer business needsMaintain open communication among account team and project team members and lead project review meetingsSupport sales and business development by writing and/or reviewing proposals, writing scopes of work, and developing delivery estimates and resource requirements for solutionDevelop strong client and stakeholder relationships and maintain effective communication channelsDefine practices and processes for managing client and stakeholder expectationsMay be responsible for managing multiple and/or complex projectsMay consult with others on development and execution of complex project planMay act as subject matter expertise to sales

　　Minimum Qualifications

　　Solid professional experience in multi project managementPMP / PMI qualified or equivalent (e.g. IPMA) an advantageDemonstrated ability to lead a team to achieve project objectives and deliver projects that ultimately go into production within cost/schedule constraintsExperience with software implementation project management methodologies throughout software development project lifecyclePrevious experience in consulting or service delivery to architect and design solutions based on business requirements. Experience with delivering software to customers for acceptanceIdeally experience with delivering solutions to customers with Autodesk technologiesDemonstrated ability to review and write scopes of work, project-related documentation, and develop and present presentationsDemonstrated ability to work in a cross-functional team of technical experts, sales, subject matter experts, and other project managersBusiness fluency in both Japanese and English (both verbal and written)

　　主にオートデスクのソリューションやテクノロジーを導入している主要なお客様に向けに、中規模から大規模のコンサルティングや導入プロジェクトを管理します。プロジェクトの目標を達成するために、社内外のリソースを指揮・管理するなど、プロジェクトのリソースプランを定義します。決められたスケジュール、予算、品質の範囲内でプロジェクトが完了するように監視します。標準ソフトウェアを使用し、プロジェクトプラン、スケジュール、およびプロジェクト管理ツールを作成し、維持します。プロジェクトの目的やビジョンを、チームのための明確な目標に変換します。お客様のビジネスおよびソリューションの要件を収集し、決定するために、お客様を取材し、コンサルティングを行います。新規および既存のお客様と協力して、実現していないお客様のニーズを特定し、オートデスクソリューションのプロモ-ションを行うことで追加収益を上げます。お客様のビジネスニーズを満たすために、ソリューションのベストプラクティスを推奨します。アカウントチームとプロジェクトチームのメンバー間のオープンなコミュニケーションを維持し、プロジェクトレビューミーティングを主導します。提案書の作成やレビュー、作業範囲の記述、ソリューションの納品見積もりやリソース要件などを作成し、セールスやビジネス開発をサポートします。クライアントやステークホルダーとの強固な関係を築き、効果的なコミュニケーションチャネルを維持します。クライアントやステークホルダーの期待を管理するためのプラクティスやプロセスを定義します。複数のプロジェクトや複雑なプロジェクト、あるいはその両方の管理を担当することがあります。複雑なプロジェクトプランの開発と実行について、他の人と相談することがあります。セールスに対して分野の専門家として行動することがあります。

　　【応募資格】

　　プロジェクトマネジメントの経験PMP / PMIの資格または同等（IPMAなど）の資格を持っていると有利。チームを率いてプロジェクトの目標を達成し、コストとスケジュールの制約があっても最終的に本番稼働を迎えるプロジェクトを実現する能力を発揮した経験があること。ソフトウェア開発プロジェクトのライフサイクルを通じて、ソフトウェア実装プロジェクト管理手法の経験を有していること。コンサルティングまたはサービスデリバリにおいて、ビジネス要件に基づいてソリューションを構築・設計した経験があること。ソフトウェアを顧客に納品し、受け入れられた経験があること。オートデスクのテクノロジーを用いて顧客にソリューションを提供した経験があれば尚可作業範囲書、プロジェクト関連文書のレビューと作成、プレゼンテーションの作成と発表能力を有すること。テクニカルエキスパート、分野の専門家、その他のプロジェクトマネージャで構成される、複数部門で構成されるチームで仕事をする能力を発揮したこと。ビジネスをよどみなく進めることができる日本語力および英語力（スピーキングおよびライティング）
