　　What You'll Do Oversee end-to-end Digital and CRM projects, manage the initiation process with discovery and requirements gathering, set timelines and milestones Proactively manage client and stakeholder expectations throughout the project lifecycle to foster long-term relationships and customer satisfaction Use project management tools and methods effectively, ensuring transparency and efficient workflow Implement change management processes within projects to accommodate scope changes or adjustments Ensure risk assessment is conducted, plan for potential risks and mitigating strategies Track and report on project performance, ensuring the successful completion of short and long-term goals Demonstrate leadership, ensuring clarity of objectives and expectations among team members Discovery/requirements gathering phase followed by implementation and transition to support Managing one of our largest customers in Austria Leading a local and near-shore teams Contributing to building our digital delivery capabilities in the Austria and DACH regions What You Have
