Position Summary
The Strategic Experiences team within Sales Operations and Enablement is a small, dynamic team of experienced professionals with diverse backgrounds, responsible for creating best-in-class experiences for internal and external customers. These experiences improve retention, support growth, foster collaboration, and inspire innovation across colleagues, current and prospective clients, key industry stakeholders, and more.
The ideal candidate will be equal parts project manager and creative strategist.
As a Project Manager, you will ensure successful planning, development, launch/execution, and measurement of high-visibility initiatives within the enterprise, supporting PBM Sales, Marketing, Specialty and beyond. These strategic initiatives may include complex in-person and virtual events, client webinars, client-facing physical and virtual environments, multimedia production, branding, cross-functional engagement calendars, and more.
In this position, you will lead multiple projects from start to finish. Your success will be determined by your ability to ensure all aspects of assigned projects are completed on time, on budget, and meet or exceed leader expectations. Project responsibilities include:
- Conducting project kickoff, identifying all project stakeholders, defining and clarifying project roles and responsibilities, and creating accountability
- Developing and executing project plans and timelines that may include estimates, requirements gathering, design, construction, testing, deployment, production, and measurement.
- Clearly communicating all aspects of the project to the project teams and stakeholders, including processes, timelines, risks, and challenges
- Communicating status of projects to peers and leaders in both formal and informal settings, using clear, understandable language and candid, open communications
- Managing project changes and risks via problem analysis, solution validation, issue resolution and escalation, change management, and stakeholder engagement.
Project Managers regularly interact with senior leadership from all business units within CVS Health, and must:
- Be clear and candid communicators in both written and verbal communications
- Gain active participation and trust from cross-functional project teams and stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- Advocate for our internal and external customers' needs by creating, maintaining, and holding project team members accountable to high standards
This is a work from home opportunity for candidates in the Chicago, IL area. This position will be one of multiple colleagues on rotation to support in-person Sales efforts at our Customer Center facility in Mount Prospect, IL. Specific schedules vary, but candidates should expect to be onsite in Mount Prospect approximately four days per month.
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience within Sales, Marketing, Project Management, Event Management or related field
5+ years of experience balancing multiple projects with proficiency in Cloud based tools such as Teams and SharePoint
Preferred Qualifications
-Experience in the health care environment, Pharmacy Benefit Management industry, Specialty Pharmacy Services, or disease/health management industry
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and cloud-based collaboration tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint
-Working knowledge of metrics reporting
-Proven success utilizing interpersonal skills to work cross-functionally and at all levels in a team environment.
-Demonstrated strength in oral and written communication.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Access, Project, and Visio
-Project Management certification preferred
-Experience with corporate events preferred
Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$63,300.00 - $136,500.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
