The Project Manager is the Global Head of Sales & Marketing's 'right hand' and plays an important role in bringing our sales strategy and operations to the next level of performance. This fascinating global role will span from high-visibility and high-impact projects to hands-on, content-driven support
Location: This position is located in our Zug HQ - Switzerland
The Role
Define and monitor the strategic initiatives that will bring our sales organization to the next performance level
Manage multiple projects and stakeholders and deliverables and deadlines at any given time
Prepare the monthly SI Country Heads Calls
Prepare Business Review Meetings and be in the lead to follow up on agreed measures
Support of quarterly reporting to the Managing Board, i.e. identification and description of most relevant new customer projects, portfolio developments and other highlights
Help manage the rhythm of the business through developing and monitoring KPI
Help develop leadership’s keynotes and narratives
Support of our SI Sales Head with all other ad-hoc assignments that come up

Your Profile
The base for your success is an excellent academic track record like an (e)MBA or comparable
Bringing at least 3 years of experience in a Sales or sales related role
Proven capabilities to lead complex strategic and cross-functional projects on a global scale
You have solid experience in communicating, aligning, and managing stakeholders across multiple levels, including executive leadership
Background within a Digital Driven transformation environment is a big advantage
Experience with a Sales Process work environment an advantage

Ability to think critically and strategically, whilst also executing operationally - we need a thinker and a do-er, and your track record documents this
Able to set priorities, also in a fast paced environment
You are proactive, get things done and you bring along the strong desire to drive change.
You are inherently curious, ask questions, learn from mistakes, and possess a sense of resilience in the face of adversity
You value long term relationships in business and your open and accountable personality helps you to forge these. People know you as a team player
Strong analytical skills help you to maintain overview and identify action points
Working in multi-national environments is what you enjoy. We expect some degree of flexibility when it comes working hours to bridging time zone, as the nature of our business spans across all time zones
