Boeing Intelligence & Analytic is seeking for a Project Manager- Resource
Work Location: Annapolis Junction, MD
Duties for an AD&S Resource Manager:
Responsible for building and maintaining database of skillsets for personal working on multiple geographically dispersed programs within the AD&S directorate.Develop and maintain a methodology for assessing and recording skills, education and career experience across analytic and engineering disciplines Track and record career experience and capabilities to include skills sets, education, customer experience, and application/platform experienceCreate initial dataset of the skillsets for 300+ employees across multiple programs and applications.Collaborate with Program Managers and stakeholders to identify areas of strength and weakness in skillsets across the directorate.Work with directorate and program leadership to assess industry and customer trends and develop strategic hiring and education plans. Monitor progress of initiatives with quantitative results. Work with directorate and program leadership to identify customer driven training needs. Coordinate with customer points of contact to plan and deliver customer funded training. Coordinate with division to coordinate and plan for BI&A funded training.Assist Staffing Managers managing AD&S requestion repository. Provide inputs for requisitions including evolving industry and customer trends.Required Experience/Education Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in a field applicable to the position required.5 or more years of relevant experience required. Additional experience may be considered in lieu of degree.May substitute relevant experience for relevant education.Experience with Microsoft Excel Experience launching and leading new projects and initiatives.Experience leading teams is a plusGreat Communication skills (Written and Oral)Security Clearance is preferred.Summary Pay Range: Please note that the information shown below is a general guideline only. Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
$90,000 - $120,000
