Eaton's ESSG EESSD Electrical Engrg Svcs Systems Div division is currently seeking a Project Manager - Power Systems Automation. The Power Systems Automation (PSA) group is a full-service systems integrator for the necessary equipment and technologies to provide a complete power management solution. This team of engineers and technicians brings extensive skills and experiences with a variety of leading HMI software packages enabling us to design graphically rich, easy-to-use operator interfaces that take advantage of the latest standalone or web-based technologies.
The expected annual salary range for this role is $88499.97 - $129799.96 a year.

What you'll do:
In this role, you will provide Project leadership for key accounts involving the design and implementation of Electrical Power Monitoring Systems (EPMS), Battery Monitoring Systems (BMS), and Software Service Agreements (SSA). You will be a key customer interface and effectively lead a distributed field-based workforce covering AMER, APAC, and EMEA regions.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & DIMENSIONS

• Executes & monitors the commercial contract between Eaton and its customers
• Estimates, prepares, submits, and manages change orders when necessary
• Manages and communicates the scope of work & responsibilities between Eaton's customers, Eaton's employees, & Eaton's suppliers / sub-contractors
• Establishes, and manages the contract(s) between Eaton and its vendors & subcontractors
• Plans, establishes, maintains, and regularly updates a project schedule on assigned projects
• Manages communication, and distributes documentation between Eaton and third parties
• Maintain strong relationships with all levels of customer organizations, site teams, and internal stakeholders
• Provide front line support for matters involving engineering, field work, proposals, sales, commercial issues, and project management in accordance with our 24/7 service business - make sound decisions when support functions are unavailable
• Monitors, reports, and controls costs on assigned projects within estimated project margin
• Reports, forecasts, and presents project financial activity to Eaton's management
• Prepares, distributes, and follows through with project safety plan
• Responsible for financial performance of project to include profitability, project revenue, cash flow, and inventory days-on-hand
Qualifications:
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution and minimum 3 years of experience with power distribution systems; or minimum 7 years of power distribution experience
• Possess and maintains a valid and unrestricted driver's license
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship
• Ability to travel within the US and outside of the US without restrictions
Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited institution
• Experience with engineering and field services in a customer facing role for power distribution systems, particularly in mission critical and/or hyperscale applications
• Understanding of power management systems, particularly Eaton's Foreseer Electrical Power Monitoring System (EPMS)
• International experience working across multiple time zones and cultures
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
Position Criteria:
• Proven track record of delivering large, complex projects
• Knowledge of industry best practices for project management
• Understanding of power management systems, particularly Eaton's Foreseer Electrical Power Monitoring System (EPMS)
• Experience with engineering, commissioning, and field services for power distribution systems
• Experience with mission critical or hyperscale applications
• Ability to manage project scope, recognize potential changes, and align stakeholders
• Self-starter with vision to establish new roles and programs
• Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain customer relationships
• Excellent interpersonal and communication/presentation skills, including ability to interface with construction contractors and commissioning agents on site
• Flexibility to work across multiple time zones and cultures as necessary for this global role
• Practical understanding of accounting principles and profit & loss statement
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Project or Primavera P6
• Successfully complete and maintain compliance with Eaton's safety program
• Submit to periodic customer required background and drug screenings
