Required Skills:
Project Manager, Operations Metrics & Monitoring Responsibilities:
Support users through both direct support interactions as well as scalable solutions.
Utilize data sources to monitor Community Operations team metrics, identify root causes of issues or movements, and recommend business solutions.
Investigate why metrics move, produce a root cause analysis, and work with diverse teams across Community Operations to identify fixes & improve a metric in the future.
Lead strategic programs & designs end-to-end processes to continually improve the existing metric capabilities.
Provide strategic guidance on how to run our business based on metric insights.
Deeply understand the architecture and integration points of Meta’s community support processes, products, and policies.
Analyze complex support flows and provide recommendations for process, policy and product improvements.
Track and analyze key operational metrics and help determine where to focus optimization efforts.
Work with cross-functional partners to improve the community support experience.
Conduct business process analysis and initiate and drive projects to completion.

Employer will accept a Master’s degree in Integrated Manufacturing Systems Engineering, Engineering Management, Information Technology Management, Computer Science, Engineering, Applied Sciences, or related field and 48 months of experience in the job offered or in a computer-related occupation. Experience must include 48 months of experience in the following:
Industry experience in a consumer-oriented product environment, consulting, operations, or project management role
Analyzing and overseeing vendor management
Working in cross-functional environments
Developing product roadmaps and managing backlogs
Data-driven decision making and problem solving
Identifying process gaps and operationalizing strategies
Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, forecasting, and formulas.
Public Compensation:
$210,700/year to $237,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
