About Project Manager - Localization and Transformation 80-100% (f/m/d)

  Grid & Power Quality Solutions are hiring a Localization & Transformation Specialist for the Power Conversion Business with focus to secure future growth and success. In this role you will lead localization projects and support the implementation of the strategic plans, both locally and globally with different stakeholders from the business.

  You will report directly to the Manager Global Center of Competence for Power Conversion and work in a team that have a passion for innovation and technology. This is a challenging and rewarding role with many opportunities to shape our future business and organization.

   Your responsibilities

  Coordinate localization efforts in line with the global strategySupport implementation of strategic plans derived from global strategyDevelop and manage the localization strategy and roadmap for Power ConversionTake active part of globally allocating our products and supply chain processesMap process gaps ,support the roll-out of processes as per localization efforts, follow-up with local stakeholdersRoll out localization tasks to the different functions and follow-up on agreed actionsSet expectations and ensure that all stakeholders understand what it takes to complete localization and strategy implementationImprove and maintain relationships and ensure efficient workflows in global organization

  Your background

  A bachelor's degree in engineering or from another relevant fieldAbility to work with multiple cross-functional teams to deliver high quality1-2 years experience working in a global company, supporting global build-up, localization and strategy implementationAbility to influence others, coordinate work tasks and communicate clearly to stakeholdersAnalytical mindset and experience of using data in different tasks within your area of responsibilityFirst experience rolling out technical know-how and processes to different stakeholdersDescribed as a structured person with great perseverance in order to achieve resultsFluent in English, both written and spokenStrong cooperation skills
