Position Overview
Navistar has an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager. This position is for a Process Lead for the Parts Support line of business in the Service Solutions Contact Center.
Responsibilities
Creating, adjusting, and managing Standard Operating Procedures.
Project management of new workstreams, measuring and improving the efficiency of daily operations.
Coordination of a large, cross functional group.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree
At least 5 years of project/program management experience
OR
Master’s degree
At least 3 years of project/program management experience
OR
At least 7 years of project/program management experienceAdditional Requirements
Qualified candidates, excluding current Navistar employees, must be legally authorized on an unrestricted basis (US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee or Asylee) to be employed in the United States. An ideal candidate would possess strong project management, LEAN / Six Sigma skills, understand process mapping and documentation, and be familiar with dealer parts and service operations.
Knowledge of Navistar systems including iKNow, and International 360, Salesforce, TOLAS, Part Catalog Online, eProcurement
Knowledge of Microsoft Project, Microsoft Visio
Strong written communication skills
