　　What will you do?

　　Provide a robust, efficient and professional Project Management service, collaborate in major / country-wide project and initiatives for Country KAM team by coordinating and managing cross-divisional TF operation.Host meeting, update projects plan and actively follows the status of the project, pairing with key account management team, facilitating smooth and efficient running of the project.Organize TF by clearing key milestone and tasks on the journey of project, addressing issues and obstacles and identify resolutions with the team in order to maximize sales opportunity realization.Prepare consolidation of company wide solution and proposals under company value proposition, check guidelines and requirement s of together with the quotation department.Support the promotion of continuous improvement in business, operational processes within company network.

　　How will you get there?

　　[Education]

　　BA or MS in scientific area (Chemistry, Pharmacy, Biological Sciences, or similar technical field), PMP certification would be a nice to have.

　　[Experience]

　　Minimum of 10 years' experience ideally in the Life Sciences industry or pharmaceutical area as sales, marketing or new business development.Required project management experience.Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a complex matrix environment being comfortable with ambiguity and conflicting goals.Self-motivated, proactive communication and able to work independently and influence others to move projects forward in a fast-paced environment.Proficient at MS tools like Excel and PPT.
