About the Job:
The Integration and Scaling Project Manager (REV) acts as the integration point between the experience squad and Operations. They own the scaling process and projects related to integrating new systems, processes, and technology while ensuring the experience reaches restaurants effectively.
In this role, you will play a pivotal part in collaborating on ideation, planning, and end-to-end execution for impact-driven, data-focused tests. You will leverage your subject matter expertise throughout and take on additional responsibilities that include working across cross-functional teams and assisting in the scaling of solutions that have been successfully tested. This role will report to the Director of Restaurant Evolution.
The Day-to-Day:
Provide recommendations on whether an experience should be a brand standard and determine stakeholder involvement (I.e., + bring to Ops + RBI) Assess time to scale and impact to restaurant by evaluating the scalability of the integrated systems and processes to ensure they can accommodate growth and increased demand. Prioritize and package experiences by tracking progress, measuring key performance indicators (KPIs), and reporting to stakeholders; Adjust plans as needed to stay on track. Coordinate with Comms to communicate to the field and act as a liaison between multiple stakeholders. Package and sequence experiences; conduct informational sessions with RBI. Interface with the Operations team and manage the day-to-day scaling processes Is This You?
Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related discipline; or equivalent years of experience 8+ years of experience in Project Management; knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall), tools, and best practices is a plus. Strong perspective on the best ways to leverage functional expertise for impact, but innovative and open to new ideas and ways of doing things; Expertise in problem-solving and critical thinking to solve complex technical and logistical challenges. The ability to lead teams, communicate effectively, and proactively resolve conflicts. Have a passion for learning; Keep up with industry trends and committed to continuous learning and professional development. Work-Hard, Play-Hard:
