　　We are currently seeking a Project Manager - Integrated Eligibility & Enrollment to join our team in Pierre, South Dakota (US-SD), United States (US).

　　The Integrated Eligibility and Enrollment Project Manager will work as part of a team providing Planning, requirements gathering and RFP development for a State that is replacing their system. She/he will actively participate in requirements gathering tasks, managing a team of business and technical analysts, reporting progress to the client and developing an RFP. This role requires a strong understanding of SNAP, TANF, LIHEAP, in Integrated Eligibility System and experience with the Curam product.

　　Job Responsibilities Include:

　　• Meet ongoing with the state client

　　• Develop a Work Breakdown Structure for the NTT DATA work

　　• Help conduct reviews of current State requirements and assist the team identifying gaps

　　• Document issues and risks

　　• Review all Project deliverables for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to requirements

　　• Assess stakeholder involvement and "buy-in"

　　• Monitor progress toward USDA and FNS requirements

　　Basic Qualifications:

　　• Minimum 8 years of PM experience including:

　　• Minimum 3 years of experience with Merative Curam Solution

　　• Minimum1 year of experience and a strong understanding of Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP), Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF) and Low Income Energy Assistance Program (LIEAP) federal requirements, policies, and procedures.

　　• Strong understanding of both functional and non-functional requirements for eligibility and enrollment systems for SNAP, TANF, and LIEAP.

　　• Project Manager experience over an Integrated Eligibility System replacement and/or similar system.

　　Preferred Skills:

　　• Project Management Certification

　　• Agile experience

　　• Integrated Eligibility System Replacement RFP

　　Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay range for this remote role is $120,000-130,000. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.
