　　The role

　　We are looking for a Project Manager to join our team to build and support our current and future business growth. The Project Manager (PM) manages projects from planning through delivery. This position will be the liaison between project members, cross-functional teams, external vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure deliverables, requirements, schedules, cost, and meeting plans are communicated.

　　This is a hybrid role in Irving, Tx.

　　What you'll be doing

　　Coordinating with cross-discipline team members to make sure that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules.Meeting with project team members to identify and resolve issues.Submitting project deliverables and ensuring that they adhere to quality standards.Preparing status reports by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing relevant information.Identifying and developing new opportunities with clients.Obtaining customer acceptance of project deliverables.Managing customer satisfaction within the project transition period.Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goalsDevelop spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps to document needs

　　What you'll need

　　4+ years of Project Management ExperiencePMP Certified or Pursuing a PMP CertificationExperience in Notion is a plusExperience managing cross-functional projects and stakeholders.Ability to lead project teams of various sizes and see them through to completion.Strong understanding of formal project management methodologies ( waterfall and agile ).Self-motivated with a strong affinity for strategic problem solving, driving action, and strong project ownershipAble to complete projects in a timely manner.Persuasive written and verbal communication skillsDemonstrated success in uncovering data to inform customer-oriented decisionsDemonstrated ability to juggle competing priorities
