About the Team
The Value Stream Acceleration Services team, part of the Engineering, Product, Innovation and Cloud (EPIC) organization, is responsible for serving a portfolio of value streams that feed into an enterprise SaaS product, with the goal of accelerating the delivery of value to customers. The team is composed of highly skilled practitioners who have expertise in their respective areas and work collaboratively to ensure that value streams are delivering maximum value. The team is committed to driving innovation, continuous improvement, and customer satisfaction, and is focused on accelerating better outcomes for our people and our customers.
About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Global Readiness Program Manager to join our team. In this role you are an integral part of a dynamic team tasked with managing all aspects of product readiness planning for offering launches and product releases, keeping key stakeholders and leadership updated on efforts underway. You will have a passion for project management, and be able to navigate internal programs with ease. You will have experience in product launch management, high growth SaaS companies, and/or change management.
Responsibilities:
• Build and foster strong cross functional partnerships focused on delivering value, and an excellent internal and customer experience
• Manage all aspects of cross functional readiness planning for offering launches and releases, partnering with leaders in your pillar to keep key stakeholders and leadership updated on efforts underway
• Ensure the flow of key information from EPIC to Cross Functional teams - focused on holistic approach, scalability, and visibility
• Ensure cross functional collaboration to assess impacts of product/functionality changes, to internal business partners and customers, and work with Product Owners and Cross Functional teams to prepare in advance of new release(s) - identify and address risks, gaps, challenges, etc.
• Work with EPIC team to deliver effective Product Knowledge Transfer (PKT) to internal business partners around new releases - new offerings, key features, functionality changes, etc...
• Work with Product Management, Product Marketing, Product Communications, and Enablement teams to coordinate effective product release communications
• Continuously improve the product readiness process, identifying and implementing best practices and process improvements - - leverage feedback and insights from internal teams and customers
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Information Systems, Operations, or related field
• 1-3 years of experience in Project Management, Product Management, Global Services or Support, or Enablement in a high growth SaaS company
• Strong program or project management skills, with the ability to work with complex, global programs
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks associated with product launches
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with UKG Product Suites, or with HCM Solutions and a clear understanding of agile development methodologies
• Change Management experience preferred, PROSCI certified a plus
• Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple related projects with attention to detail, especially when tasked with multiple priorities
• Strong interpersonal skills with proven ability to communicate, build and manage relationships, at all levels of the organization, including senior executives
• Collaborative and customer-focused, with the ability to work well cross functionally, influence across boundaries and manage without direct authority
• Out-of-the-box thinker and results-driven problem solver, who is excited to dive into tough problems, and committed to delivering clear business outcomes, with a continuous improvement, customer-focused, 'get it done' attitude, and growth mindset
• Experience with Enterprise office collaboration, product management and program/project management tools is a plus (Microsoft 365, Aha!, Jira, Smartsheet)
• Able to perform in a hybrid-office role, requiring three or more days per week in the office
