Responsibility:
Key Responsibilities
The Project Management Engineer is responsible for leading the projects at our Relays India Facility (Erstwhile DRI) . The primary goal is to support project execution for both New Product Developments as well as Footprint migrations; The role will require individual to have business acumen and excellent communication skills to manage stakeholders in different geographies.
Responsibilities include:
Lead & Execute Project in line with established Project Execution Process through its lifecycle
Detailed Risk Assessment & Mitigation Plan Reporting
Preparing & publishing Project progress report w.r.t Scope, Schedule, Cost
Work with Cross Functional teams on resource planning, capacity & schedule
Executing Change Management liasoning with Cross Functional Teams
Conflict Resolution & Issues Management
Ensuring all compliances are met while executing projects
Desired Candidate Profile:
Qualifications / Experience:
Bachelor’s in engineering (Preferably in Electrical/Electronics)
Relevant work experience in project management role
Experience leading/influencing change management
Experience in transformation management
Experience in New product Development/Introductions
Experience in working with teams from diverse backgrounds
Fluent in English
Six Sigma, PMP or related certification is a plus
