Project Manager- Credit Talent Management

We’re looking to hire an extremely organized project manager to join our Consumer Credit Talent Management team. This person will partner with members of the team who own our Diversity & Inclusion strategy as well as our Credit Talent Events agenda to execute on several of our marquis events and programs across the year. This could include our annual culture and inclusion survey, our Credit Accelerator programs for Card and Auto and owning a few key work streams for our annual Credit Summit event. The person will collaborate with many stakeholders across the CFRM team, HR, as well as our first line partners in Card, Auto & Retail Bank. We are looking for candidates that bring a “can- do” mindset and enjoy problem solving all while having a track record of successful delivery.
General Responsibilities:
As a Project Manager you will:
Provide execution support for medium-scale and large -scale department projects that have a direct impact on the company
Manage workstreams or projects end to end, ensuring important milestones and risks have been identified and that work is completed on time and within budget
Leverage problem solving skills to ensure project plans deliver on intent and maintain key project documentation
Document progress and report to stakeholders on project status.
Partner with project customers to provide strategic and tactical thought partnership to effectively drive project delivery
Forge relationships with key stakeholders to ensure delivery of commitments
Identify ways to improve and streamline business process
The person will:
Exhibit a proven track record of project management, bringing the ability to quickly put structure in place to manage the work
Demonstrate outstanding communication and partnership skills which are essential for interacting and communicating with key stakeholders across all levels to manage, inform, and influence outcomes
Demonstrate organizational agility to adapt to changing demands
Display strong consulting and collaboration skills
Basic Qualifications:
High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification
At least 3 years of experience in process management or at least 3 years of experience in project coordination
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree
3+ years of Project Management experience
PMP, Lean, Agile or Six Sigma certification
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Strong problem solving and influencing skills
