Position Summary:
Responsible for developing and implementing compensation project(s) and initiative(s). This includes project planning and approvals, stakeholder management, establishing a timeline, budget, communication and implementation. May directly or indirectly manage a team assigned to the project.
Essential Functions:Leads projects related to compensation policy, program development and administration, including development of project approach, detailed project plan and timeline, identifying issues and recommending solutions.Develops partnerships with key stakeholders and anticipate and resolve stakeholder resistance and other risks in order to bring others along to a desired outcome.Conducts cost and other statistical analyses as needed for the assigned project(s) or initiative(s).Resolves escalated questions or concerns as it relates to the assigned project or initiative.Develop and or partner with communications team to develop communication deliverables including training materials, presentations and written communications to stakeholder audiences.Identifies opportunities for process improvements and introduces best practices.Participates in departmental processes and/or efficiency initiatives.Performs other related duties as assigned or requested.Job QualificationsBachelor's degree preferredA minimum of 5 years' experience of proven project management and execution.Experience working with and analyzing large data sets within Microsoft Excel.
