Are you passionate about branding, sponsorships, and events? Are you skilled at managing multiple projects? Do you understand how to leverage our brand for marketing and business purposes? Are you skilled at interacting with a wide range of individuals, from management to agencies and external partners, while maintaining strong interpersonal relationships?
We're looking for a sponsorship project manager to:
• Support global and regional digital and social media campaigns that communicate brand values and purpose
• Develop strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders across sponsorship portfolio
• Onsite support of sponsorship activations, ensuring high-quality and high-impact execution for clients and prospects
• Understand the brand and business objectives to create effective, innovative, and relevant sponsorship activation
• Support bespoke programs that support client, community and sustainability objectives through creative campaigns and strategies
• Execute the relevant due diligence and compliance checks (including securing the necessary internal approvals for project execution) during the sponsorship evaluation process

You'll be working in a truly global team located amongst colleagues within the Communications & Branding Team in New York. You will be part of the global Brand Activation, Sponsorship & Events team and report to the Head of BASE Americas.
Your expertise
Your expertise :
• excellent organizational skills; adept at planning and executing events and campaigns, and working independently in self-directed fashion
• strong time management skills while maintaining firm standards for quality and brand aligned assets and collateral
• strong writing and presentation skills, with capability to successfully communicate with diverse audiences and professionals at all levels
• proficient in Microsoft Office and advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
• familiarity with financial services and a drive to build the global brand
• evening and weekend work and some domestic travel as needed
