Responsible for overall project delivery (cost, schedule, quality, contracts) on multiple projects. Prepare and modify proposals, shop drawings, and submittals. Ensure conformance to engineering plans, specifications, and construction standards. Prepare Status reports, and payment documents by collecting and analyzing construction activity. Monitor and track project milestones and deliverables. Analyze the construction reports and make necessary changes to complete the project within the schedule and budget and meet all structural design codes.Minimum Requirements: Master's Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Engineering and Management and 1 Year experience in related occupation. 30-hour OSHA Certification and CMIT certification are required.
