　　We are currently on the lookout for a Project Manager to join the Interiors team in Leighton Buzzard, leading new galley projects for one of the most modern passenger aircraft, the Airbus A350 XWB.

　　Working closely with the Senior Project manager/Programme Manager to support and contribute towards the success of the galley programme via the efficient and effective execution of various finite airline projects. To act as the key focal point for both customer (OEM) and internal functions on specific work packages.To work with the Senior Project manager/Programme Manager to deliver weekly metrics and to ensure that resources within the galley team are carrying out the work necessary to meet project deliverables.Work within an IPT environment (Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing commercial...) to ensure that the projects under your responsibility are resourced appropriatelyCreate and execute project plans, including revisions where necessary to meet changing needs and requirements. Identify and manage project dependencies and critical pathsManage day-to-day operational aspects of each projectPro-actively manage and track changes in project scope.Generate a strong focus on customer relationships whilst delivering internal objectivesActively execute R&O Management to control and mitigate the risk exposure and take advantage of opportunitiesActively execute lesson learned sessions to support central PMO to drive improvements.Ensure project documentation is complete, current, and stored appropriatelyKey Requirements:
