Strategy and Governance
Establish centralized PMO in alignment with Project Management Institute (PMI) guidelines, quality standards, and organization requirements.Develop, implement, and monitor program management processes, dashboards, templates, policies, and metrics.Partner with key internal and external stakeholders to develop solution roadmap, identify and recommend new solutions to meet business needs.Identify and budget for long and short-range projects/plans to drive organizational improvements.Solution Delivery
Oversee the lifecycle of projects from discovery to implementation to completion.Hold stakeholders accountable for driving projects and goals/objectives, ensuring quality and timely delivery while maintaining stability of existing systems and processes.Ensure clear communication on approach, status, issues and risks on a regular basis to manage stakeholder expectations.Execute solution evaluations and manage vendor relationships.Financial and Performance Management
Execute performance management practices that drive the growth, development, and overall performance improvement of the organization.Lead and grow a high-performance team by selecting high potential talent, training, coaching, and providing developmental assignments.Participate in financial budgeting/planning processes, work with teams to estimate project total cost of ownership. Prepare business cases to establish the justification for solutions and priority.Ensure actuals are managed to budget and timely communication of budget exceptions and development of plans to close gaps.Develop and deliver status reporting and updates to all stakeholders, including Senior Executives.Skills and Qualifications Required
Ten years of project management experience and delivery success.Five years management experience, including business relationship management and vendor/contract management.Strong background in project and change management, methodologies, techniques, and processes.Ability to cultivate and maintain relationships across the organization.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Flexible, adaptable, and resourceful when managing changing requirements and multiple deliverables.Preferred
