Manage and oversee staff working on varied tasks (including subconsultant), manage and direct project execution including adherence to scopes, budgets, schedules and implementing quality control procedures.Possess positive attitude and strong leadership skills.Mentoring and development of staff.Ability to handle pressure and work under tight deadlines.Client communication and budget tracking.Coordination and communication with state and federal regulatory agencies.Knowledge of local and state design and construction standards and procedures.Determines project costs by calculating labor, material, and related costs.Creates feasibility studies by analyzing engineering design, conducting environmental. impact studies and assembling data.Possess strong professional work ethic.Works independently and with a design and construction team.Exhibit effective communication skills with project team, agencies, and clients.Knowledge of design of roadway including conceptual, preliminary and detailed design work.[Qualifications]{noto="" sans",sans-serif"=""}
Degree Required: B.S. Civil Engineering
Professional Engineer license in Indiana
10+ years of experience in roadway engineering.
5+ years of experience in roadway project management (can be concurrent with engineering experience).
