Role
We are looking for an exceptional HR Technology Project Manager to join our Netherlands based team. The Project Manager is responsible for the successful management of one or more country implementation projects eventually part of a large international program with responsibility for delivering a defined section within SuccessFactors and SAP environment (focus Payroll).
Responsibilities
Manages the end - to - end project life cycle for our projects ensuring that delivery is in accordance with budget, timeline and is of the required quality standards to meet client expectations. Manages project deliverables, scope and expectations and coordinates project progress with stakeholders and program management. Interfaces independently with all functional and business areas/ groups affected by the project, including senior and/or executive management Works closely with Resource Managers to ensure adequate allocation of resources to projects is being managed Develops and tracks to detailed project plans, including schedules, cost estimates, resource plans, communication plans, risk mitigation plans and issue resolution plans Makes project decisions and recommendations to management about schedules, prioritization, and resource allocation with input from others as needed Communicates and reports status to executives and all other stakeholders e.g., Status Reports, steering input etc. Provides leadership to his/her project teams Employs project management best practice methodologies working within a framework that includes process definition, templates, tools and our standards Coaches team members to reach common project goals/objectives Identifies training needs within his project team Managing the project budget working closely with the finance team to manage and report on the project financials - including the estimates created during the funding process, the on-going allocation of financial resources and the regular reporting of the state of the project financials Working with third party providers to deliver contractual commitment
Skills and Experience
Fluent in Dutch and English (written and spoken) or a nordic country language (swedish, finnish or danish) Master or Bachelor degree At least 4 years' experience in IT-project management Considerable experience of SAP Payroll implementation or SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll Managing budgets Experience within the HR-domain Ideally PMP certification or similar (PRINCE2, Agile, SCRUM,...) Ideally HR Consulting and /or outsourcing industry experience
