Your Mission:
Working as part of our EMEA Professional Services Team, reporting to a Client Service Principal and engaging with a portfolio of fascinating sponsor clients, you will lead and deliver complex software implementation projects in order to help our clients bring their products to patients quicker. You will work with clients and your Medidata team to ensure successful project execution. We are looking for project management skills, an understanding of the clinical development industry, and the ability to manage within scope, budget, and timeline constraints whilst building great relationships with our clients.
Your Competencies:
Project Leadership: You can provide leadership to project teams and collaborate with your clients to ensure successful project delivery.Knowledge of clinical research or clinical trial execution: You understand the roles and processes for execution of clinical trials. You will have knowledge of software / applications that are used to support clinical trials.Project Planning and Execution: You can develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timeline and resource allocation. You can coordinate project activities, monitor progress, and mitigate risks throughout a project lifecycle.Client Relationship Management: You can maintain relationships with clients, being the primary contact. You understand client needs, manage expectations, and ensure high client satisfaction. You are prepared to have challenging conversations with team members and clients.Process Compliance: You ensure adherence to project management quality standards, and regulatory requirements. You follow best practices and develop creative approaches to process and delivery.Financial / Budget Management: You ensure projects are delivered within agreed budget. You are familiar with financial management software to forecast future resource requirements
Your Education & Experience:
Experience of managing projectsExperience of the Clinical Development industryDegree in a scientific discipline
