POSITION SUMMARY:
ATS Life Science i-Dositecno is seeking a Project Manager to join our Project Management Team, which provides high-quality project management execution of projects.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Project success owner. Customer satisfaction and project objectives achievement
- Use the Project company methodologies during the project execution.
- Control Of schedule plan, Costs control, Deliverables supervision (Documentation Package) and Risk analysis
- Communication and reporting with the customer regarding project status, key risks, OIL (list of open points) and internally to align the customer with the project and with the operations.
- Responsible for negotiation technically and economically with suppliers for "High Value" components.
- Participate on the process and methodologies improvements
- Report directly to PM Manager and Operations director
Additional Information
Education and Experience
- A minimum of a Bachelor of Science Degree from a four-year university; or five to ten year's related training and experience in a technical, engineering, or science-oriented field; or an equivalent combination of both education and experience.
- At least 3 years of project management experience in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment with knowledge in the pharmaceutical regulatory.
- At least 3 years of working directly with customers in a commercial capacity.
- Experience in pharmaceutical industry is a strong plus.

- Able to prepare project schedules, from high-level estimates to complex Gantt charts
- Able to understand and maintain project cost reports of varying details and complexity
- Able to work with stakeholders to clearly define scope
- Able to manage project changes and minimize scope creep
- Able to work efficiently and manage time to meet commitments
- Able to logically break down projects into manageable parts
- Able and willing to quickly learn new subjects to support changing project needs

Language Skills
- Strong verbal and written English and Spanish language skills.
- Able to choose the correct communication medium and effectively communicate across a wide range of stakeholders such as engineers, shop floor personnel, financial department, and management. Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
- PMP Certification is a strong plus.
- Master's in project management in a recognized Business School is a strong plus.
Software Skills
- A working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite software package in such programs as Word, Excel, Access, Outlook.
- Experience with Project Management software such as Microsoft Project.
