Should have Agile SCRUM experience. \n Anticipate problems in advance and provide solutions to minimize risks. \n Release planning & Change Request Management. Risk Management ? mitigation and contingency plans \n Should have Service desk experience. \n Effectively manage project scope and ensure any changes to scope are documented and approved by customer. \n Track SLAs, KPIs, Business Value Adds, Problem management and Continuous Improvement Plans. \n Accountability for review with the customer, working with offshore and onsite for planning, optimal usage of resources. \n Client interaction Generate dash board?s weekly & monthly, Status Review, Stake holder management. \n
