POSITION OVERVIEW: TheProject Manager will create, manage, and oversee engineering projectswithin the US Business Group. This is an individual contributor rolewith high responsibility for ensuring assigned projects are completed ontime and within budget. The Project Manager will be the point person forassigned project deliverables, milestones, and updates. This is apivotal role with high visibility and requires immaculate attention todetail, drive for results, and organization. PRIMARY ACCOUNTABILITIES:Responsible for ensuring all the project requirements and/or objectivesare delivered on time and within budget. Coordinate internal resources.Collaborate with customers (internal and external) from requirements toproduct acceptance. Provide guidance to project teams. Lead projectplanning sessions. Manage project progress and adapt work as required.Ensure projects meet deadlines. Oversee and organize all incoming andoutgoing project documentation. Participate in tender process i.e.design, submission and review. Design risk mitigation plan. Conductproject review and create detailed reports for executive staff. Optimizeand improve processes and overall approach where necessary. Securegrowth opportunities and initiate new projects as needed. Define projectscale, goals and deliverables. Manage projects budgets. Create projectsschedules and timelines and provide implementation support. Lead qualityassurance during preparation and execution phase of NPI/transferprocesses. Implement and manage customer changes when necessary.REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor\'s degree inmechanical engineering, industrial engineering, or a related field.Master\'s degree a plus.
