Description
The Project Manager is responsible for leading team(s) in completing projects by a set deadline to uphold business initiatives that impact efficiencies and cost savings relative to resources and time. Manages project(s) from initiation to close, which involves planning the project process, creating a budget, managing milestones, communicating with internal/external customers/ clients. Evaluates projects specific to their impact on operational safety, efficiency, and soft and hard savings for Lewis.
The is a hybrid position and based out of the Lewis Corporate Office, located in West Henrietta, NY.

What You'll Do…
Provide project leadership in scoping, executing, monitoring, and reporting on projects, using a proven toolkit and project management platform
Coordinate activities of project resources to ensure the project progresses on schedule, within budget, and in line with accepted requirements
Create and maintain project documentation, including project charters and plans that specify goals, execution approach, staffing, and scheduling
Prepare project status reports and keep project sponsor and teams informed of project status, related issues, and risks
Facilitate project meetings; use engaging, informative, and well-organized presentations
Work across the organization to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and drive consensus
Assist stakeholders to define success metrics and criteria for projects and engage stakeholders to identify the root cause of issues and then constructively challenge conventional thinking to develop the solutions required to deliver desired results
Partner with members of the leadership team to effectively deliver change through issue resolution, clear communication, and continuous reinforcement
Propose workable solutions and develop practical plans to achieve desired outcomes, demonstrating resourcefulness, a sense of urgency, and the willingness to pilot and learn
Assist with the identification and prioritization of key transformation initiatives
Utilize change management principles in project planning and assist with risk management and facilitate change control for projects
Develop communication plans; deliver timely and effective updates to all identified audiences
Actively work with stakeholders to resolve conflicts and deliver actionable resolutions with quantifiable business benefit
Foster teamwork; strive to maintain an environment of openness and trust
Manage third-party vendors and consultants
Perform other duties as assigned
Keys to Success…
Demonstrated written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a senior executive audience
Ability to take complex concepts and data and communicate them effectively to diverse audiences
Ability to identify and assess risk and implement effective internal controls.
Maintain confidentiality of all privileged information.
Ability to manage multi-site teams comprised of individuals with diverse backgrounds by valuing different perspectives and fostering an inclusive environment.

What You'll Need…
BS in Business, Management, or other related field
PMP Certification or equivalent
Proven track record of leading and managing projects and delivering results in a matrixed and decentralized environment
Negotiating skills; managing change; goal setting; planning and organizing; teamwork
Demonstrated ability to build collaborative relationships with team members, stakeholders, executive leaders, and vendors
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and similar office software.
