POSITION OVERVIEW
The Project Manager is responsible for the coordination and completion of projects on time and within scope. In overseeing all aspects of projects, this candidate will set deadlines and assign responsibilities to others while monitoring the progress of each project. They will keep upper management aware of developments by preparing reports regarding the status of each project and act as liaison between our Operations, Support, Sales, and Engineering departments.
RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES
Manages post-sales product implementation/installation planning and execution.
Schedules and manages, across multiple departments, internal and external project meetings.
Develops a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress.
Ensures that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
Coordinates internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
Manages the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
Assists in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
Provides administrative support as needed.
Produces and provides periodic project KPI's to customer stakeholders and internal management.
Develops/Participates in various other customer initiatives as they present themselves.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices and lessons learned to drive future project success.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in business or related field
1-5+ year working in Project Management
Experience with project management software tools such as MS Project, Wrike, Jira or Trello.
Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills
Project Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE II certification is a plus
