Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for a Project Management Manager - Customer Introduction (Level K) to join the 737 Business Operation Team based out of Renton, Washington.

Position Responsibilities:
Manages employees that develop projects and program plans at all levels across functional areas and executes all project phases to achieve objectives within scope, time, quality, and constraints from initiation to post completion.
Develops and executes project and process plans, implements policies and procedures and sets operational goals.
Acquires resources for projects and processes, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements.
Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports.
Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes.
Manages, develops and motivates employees.
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.
This position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a "US Person" as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. "US Person" includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
5+ years of experience in a finance, scheduling, industrial engineering, change management, strategy, program management, or project management role
5+ years of experience in leading or managing a cross-functional team
3+ years of experience collaborating with senior management and/or executive leadership
3+ years of experience leading or managing a team in a diverse or multi skill discipline
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
3+ years of experience managing a diverse team or direct reports
Experience in Open Plan Professional (OPP) and/or Microsoft Project (MS-Project) schedule applications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Summary pay range: $120,000.00 - $130,000.00
