ROLE SUMMARY
The Project Management Lead is responsible for overseeing the planning of real estate projects within GWE and monitoring their execution.
This role supports the planning of projects and on-time / on-budget delivery. The Project Management Lead must confirm that real estate meets high quality standards and aligns with Pfizer's strategic goals.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide high-level strategic direction for real estate projects, confirming alignment with GWE overarching goals and objectives
Lead projects from inception to completion, including the development of project plans, budgets, and schedules
Supervise project teams, including architects, contractors and vendors, providing effective leadership
Develop and distribute project management templates, processes, and standards for effective project management
Coordinate project teams and resources to promote collaboration and efficient project execution
Drive capital budgeting related to construction projects, including high level cost estimation for initial budget and business case purposes
Manage the budget for project management activities, identify cost-saving opportunities and make informed decisions on project budgets
Offer insight into project requirements and design quality control processes necessary to maintain project quality standards
Collaborate with the Vendor Management Lead as needed to support project delivery
Partner with architects, designers and contractors on the ground to execute on construction timelines
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Architecture, Real Estate, Business, Engineering, Project Management)
Experience managing large capital projects in technical environments including laboratories and pilot plants
A minimum of 10 years of experience in office build-outs or project management
Proven leadership experience (at least 5 years in a managerial / supervisory role)
Strong understanding of project management methodologies / tools and architectural design tools
Familiarity with building codes and permitting processes
Excellent communication / presentation skills
Proficiency in timeline, scope, and budget management with a strong track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
Candidate demonstrates a breadth of diverse leadership experiences and capabilities including: the ability to influence and collaborate with peers, develop and coach others, oversee and guide the work of other colleagues to achieve meaningful outcomes and create business impact.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
MBA or advanced degree in Real Estate, Finance, or a related field
Experience in the real estate industry within a Fortune 500 company or similar large-scale organization

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $149,200.00 to $241,500.00. In addition, this position is eligible for participation in Pfizer's Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 20.0% of the base salary and eligibility to participate in our share based long term incentive program.
