Responsibilities
The Opportunity
Enterprise Service management (ESM) organization has been established to provide efficient and effective service delivery to PepsiCo businesses globally, for all sectors, with great user experience. To enable this purpose, ESM is implementing ServiceNow as a service delivery platform across multiple business functions. Each function joining the ServiceNow platform requires a project coordinator to oversee project implementation. This role will be responsible for the project management and integration with the broader ESM program, implementation through process and technology, and go-lives on time and within budget across multiple capabilities and geographies. This role will work closely with the function team, the ESM core team, sectors, hubs, change management, consulting partners, and IT workstreams.
The role will perform project management responsibilities, including executive status reporting, project plan, risk management, key decision documentation, and management of interdependencies across business functions, sectors, and enabling workstreams.
Your Impact
As ESM Project Coordinator your responsibilities would consist of:
Support the definition, documentation, and implementation of the end-to-end Project Lifecycle Process. Integrate with demand & release mgmt. process as well as hand-off to sustain process.
Project Documentation:
Create and maintain project documents, including project plans, schedules, and status reports. Ensure that project documents are accurate, up-to-date, and accessible to relevant team members.
Team Communication:
Facilitate communication among project team members, stakeholders, and external partners. Schedule and coordinate project meetings, including agenda preparation and minute-taking.
Task Tracking:
Monitor project progress and track task completion to ensure alignment with project timelines and goals. Identify and report any deviations from the project plan to the Project Manager.
Resource Allocation:
Assist in resource allocation and utilization by coordinating with team members and department leads. Help maintain resource calendars and assist with resource scheduling.
Risk and Issue Management:
Identify and document project risks and issues. Collaborate with the Project Manager to develop and implement mitigation strategies.
Budget Support:
Assist in tracking project budgets, expenses, and financial reports. Ensure expenses are recorded accurately and within budget limits.
Quality Assurance:
Participate in quality assurance and quality control activities to ensure project deliverables meet established standards.
Administrative Support:
Provide administrative support to the project management team, including organizing travel, managing correspondence, and handling other administrative tasks as needed.
Who Are We Looking For?
At least 2-5 years of experience with strong project management background using SAFe Agile, Waterfall and Hybrid methodologiesEnglish advance (this position provide support to others contries)Experience in a complete cicle of project management Prior experience in broad transformational implementations or managing complex projectsProficient with MS Office - MS Project, Excel, SharePoint and PowerPoint in particular1-3 years of SDLC experience strongly preferred.
3. Skills
Prior experience with ServiceNow Implementation strongly preferred. Expert communications, including in-person and virtual meeting facilitation. Full professional proficiency in English Language Ability to influence cross functional teams and achieve cross divisional alignment. Results oriented, adept in conflict resolution, skilled at prioritization and change management. Able to effectively work in a highly matrixed organization, handling competing priorities and connecting the dots across
