Roles and Responsibilities:

　　\n\n Configuration/Coding which includes UI changes, Workflows, Reports, data Imports, Integrations, scripting, custom application development. \n Developing Service Request process flow with respective to User requirements by utilizing Service Catalog, Workflow, Events, Notifications. \n Develop reusable utilities to maintain low-code. \n Develop Service Portal according the user requirements for custom application utilizing ServiceNow Platform tools/modules. \n Responsible for developing the ServiceNow applications which includes automation of processes, customizations, Integrations (SOAP/REST), scheduled events, Server-side/Client-side scripting, AngularJS to meet the Business requirements. \n Create and maintain system technical design and specifications documentation. \n Setup report using advance report and performance analytics module in ServiceNow Platform. \n Must analyze and fully understand user requirements and current procedures to improve system capabilities, automate process workflows and address scheduling limitations throughout the development and delivery of the ServiceNow roadmap \n Performs system and integration testing by providing test data for respective scenarios developed. \n Providing support to Analysts on the technical feasibilities or data. \n\n

　　Experience Qualifications

　　\n\n Must have three (5) years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer \n\n

　　Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

　　\n\n Strong Experience in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Angular, Bootstrap and good web design practices. \n Strong Experience in Glide Script, Rest, SOAP Webservices \n Knowledge on Active Directory & SSO Multi Factor Authentication \n Knowledge of integrating with internal and external applications and systems \n\n\n Proven track record in ITSM, HRSD, Performance Analytics, App-Engine for Scoped Applications, ITBM, Service Portal technologies \n\n\n Strong understanding of ITIL framework and processing (Incident, Problem, Change, and Configuration Management) \n Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization \n Ability to demonstrate analytical and problem-solving skills \n Ability to successfully design, develop, and support web-based applications and websites \n Ability to work on multiple overlapping projects \n Ability to work independently with minimal supervision \n\n
