Join our Site Solutions team as our new Project Geologist and work with us to close the gap to a sustainable future.Your new roleAs our new Project Geologist, you will be part of our interdisciplinary team in Cincinnati, Ohio. You will work with all levels of expertise from entry level team members to members with decades of experience, many of whom are subject matter experts in their fields. Consultants and managers are part of a continual learning environment where they learn through coaching, mentoring and on-the-job tasks..Your key responsibilities will be:Critical thinking abilities for data analysis and group participation for report completion based on evaluation of environmental data and application of regulatory criteriaExperience in field collection of soil, groundwater, sediment, and/or vapor samples.Experience in geologic well logging, monitoring well construction and developmentExperience with aquifer testing (e.g., pump tests, slug tests) and analysis a plusProficient with field equipment and meter use, calibration, and troubleshooting (e.g., PID, gas meter, pumps, in-line water quality probes, surface water monitors)Proven track record of implementing site characterization field work following standard operating procedures / client guidelines and working safely.Proven written and verbal communication skillsWorking knowledge of federal, state and local environmental regulations and programs.Your new teamYou will be part of Site Solutions Team, Ramboll develops innovative, scientifically sound solutions that help increase liveability by reducing pollution and restoring natural environments.
